Escrow Accounts & Deposits

Exp Realty GA does not handle earnest money or deposits. We consider best practice to have earnest money held by the closing attorney. Both buyers and sellers have an interest in the deposit. This money cannot be released without the written agreement of both the buyer and the seller.

Earnest Money and Security Deposits are NOT accepted by eXp Realty Georgia. We do not have an Escrow Account. Earnest Money is to be held by the closing attorney, cooperating broker, or other acceptable entity. THIS MUST BE SPECIFIED IN YOUR CONTRACT. Transaction Quick Reference Guide

The Personal Code lets you retrieve your current onboarding status. It is available to you on your Join App dashboard. Once you login to JoinApp at joinapp.exprealty.com/SSO/ you will see something like this and you will be able to copy/paste the Personal Code number into the blank, then hit "Retrieve" to display your current Onboarding Status.

• Receive an email with the completed ICA (Subject: Copy of your Independent Contractor Agreement)

You are fully active and ready to work when....Once the Agent Onboarding team makes you active in the system you will receive a couple of emails

• You get the Welcome Email - "Welcome to eXp Realty" - replaces guest pass credentials (link expires in 30 days)

• You get the Skyslope Email - "Welcome to Skyslope" - with link to set up login password using your exp email address first.last@exprealty.com
