Zillow Flex Agreement

Please see the instruction below on how to sign the Flex Agreement.

Please be reminded of the following:

Make sure to add the correct Broker of Record which is eXp Realty LLC.
Add Michael Brock for Broker

Steps to sign your Zillow Flex Agreement:

Agents should log into their Premier Agent account. *Web version preferred*
Navigate to www.zillow.com/pbflex/agent

If they see image (a), they have previously completed the Flex Agent Signup process and just need to sign the newest Flex Agreement. Follow these instructions: https://view.highspot.com/viewer/61eef738070ee977090ab644

If they see image (b), they need to complete the Flex Agent Signup process in its entirety including signing a Flex Agreement for the first time. Follow these instructions: https://view.highspot.com/viewer/61f40ba63f6de3e8df0266c4

If they are completing section b, please be aware of the following:

Agents completing this section will be asked to add their broker. Please make sure they are listing the correct Broker of Record. All agents within a team should be listing the same Broker of Record. Once the broker is added, the broker will receive a notification to confirm the agent’s participation. They are not eligible to receive Flex leads until the broker confirms.
